Product functions:

  Put the raw material into casting mould, and clip it among this machine’s electric heating flat, plus press and temperature, willmake the raw material into form, which can be used to test as the proof laboratory testing and factories large quantity of the produced ingredient. It is suitable for the rubber and plastic raw material, pigment, painting oil, and chemical materials.

Product features:

A.Highperformance hydraulic system, has the pressure automatic offset function, can preset the time and pressure of once pressurized and secondary pressurized. It can automatically pressurize and relief. With high precision cylinder, the volume can reach to 100 tons.

B.High precision temperature sensor with LED temperature controller and internal dense point heating wire, tubular condensers, and the temperature range from room temperature to 300℃.

C. Heating flat: It adopts the import high temperature resistance steel. The surface is deep carbonized and hard chrome, has the features of fast heating, anti-corrosion, high hardness, non-deformation. The internal heater and temperature sensor at the back has high power, fast heating, sensitive temperature measuring, uniformity, little temperature error. 

D.  Cold guiding plate: aluminum material, the surface is treated by anodic oxidation, anti-corrosion and fast temperature guiding.

E. Guiding pillar: Four harden and accurately positioning pillar and hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic flat is supported by thick steel plate base of the whole controlling box. On the self-lubricating bronze bearing pillar, sliding guide, up and down steadily, without noisy.

F.LED or touch screen control and high precision sensor, it has the temperature self compensation and PID self-turning function to ensure the temperature equalization.
